you dont mention whether the balls are replaced or not after each draw? so ill assume there is no replacement.
just go through the possibilities that could occur. if you draw one ball from the first and two from the second, then in order to draw 2 blacks and a red overall then you could draw any of the following combinations:-
Red from first : Black, Black from second
Black from first : Black, Red from second
Black from first : Red, Black, from second
so what are the probabilities of each of the above combinations? finding each separately then gives us:-
P(R,B,B) = 4/9 x 7/10 x 6/9 = 168 / 810 = 28/ 135
P(B,B,R) = 5/9 x 7/10 x 3/9 = 7 / 54
P(B,R,B) = 5/9 x 3/10 x 7/9 = 7/54
so the probability of drawing a 2B and 1R combination is simply 28/135 + 7/54 + 7/54 = 7/15
